He says: Keep the steamed crab and prawns coming because I want to keep drinking more of this wine. Beautiful balance of fruit and yeast on the nose and palate. Fresh, and youthful, it feels as if it’s sparkling in the mouth. Very long finish that alternates between its citrus and yeasty flavors gained from aging on the lees.

She says: This is a great example of how a delicate wine can reign supreme.  The aromatics were far from overwhelming but their subtly held my nose to the glass far longer than usual.  On the palate, it has a lovely balance of acid & fruit with a slightly fuller mouth feel.  An elegant wine that will definitely be back on our table, maybe with oysters next time!
