He says: I’m a big fan of this bottle of bubbly, primarily for it’s value. It’s a step above other cheap sparklers with a touch of autolytic complexity (toast, biscuit on the nose), and very well-balanced on the palate, with refreshing acidity. Honestly, I’d drink this everyday if we had an endless supply.

She says: This is one of our ‘go-to’ bottles when I crave a glass of bubbles (which is often!). A solid sparkling that has some extra depth that only traditional method production brings. Dry, with good acidity and flavours of citrus, green apple, toast and earthy notes. At it’s 2010 price of $14 this was a steal but even at 2011 prices, its a great value bottle of bubbles!
